The Rested and Resilient Leader Wellbeing Assessment and Coaching Program provides a holistic model of wellbeing that focuses on providing a complete view of the factors affecting energy, resilience and wellbeing.
It empowers leaders at all levels to develop knowledge and skills to meaningfully improve these wellbeing factors on an individual, team and/or organisational basis.
The program is powered by two key elements:
